The amount of support the AI empires are giving me is starting to concern me. I proposed Galactic Defense Force a few days before the Senate moved to session just to expend some Influence, and within those few days it apparently got enough support to jump to the top of the queue and move to the Senate Floor. That was for a resolution that supposedly had "Weak Support".
